    Dear Cramer,

    You don't think Citi will be allowed to close business. You are right, they won't be allowed to do so. But they will do it...

    Because they are too big to fail, they are also to big to be saved.

    AIG is a dwarf compare to Citi.

    How much for that bailout please ?????
