  • Is Obama Selling Military Secrets to China for Debt Forgiveness? [View article]
    Tyler,

It is extremely irresponsible of you to propagate an unreferenced and highly questionable article such as this. I follow you on seeking alpha because your writing demonstrated a level-headed individual who was devoted to disseminating truth above all else. Until there is just one single source for this "news," you are spreading rumors and gossiping. These are the comments from the bigots who like reading and spreading this type of information:

"I beleive every word of it, o'banana is an agent of communists and arabs, and my only surprise is 'what took so long'?"
    -BuffettHater

"Wake Up Stupid White Race!! This Usurper Commie Nigger would sell his own mother out. I would not shed a tear if someone killed it."
    -Pissed Off MadDog

"That fucking nigger is a communist and will sell the USA out. What a piece of shit. Where the fuck is that coon birth certificate and his college records? That jig needs to be taken out of office either vertical or horizontal-the latter preferred. Isn't his hero the other sell out in our history Lincoln. Doesn't that splib have a play to attend?"
    -jjr

"It is obvious that Obongo was placed into power, in part, with the assistance of the Chinese Gov´t to destroy America and to empower China for it´s eventual take-over of America, along with it´s anti-Christian, Communist Gov´t. Obongo is a traitor and an AntiChrist figure in these end times. Understand white people, that there is a war against YOU!
Your body, mind and spirit are under attack by the forces of darkness and evil by a very real SATAN!"
    -RJames

...etc etc... these are the people that eat this up, hook, line, and sinker. Are you one of them? Is Richard Hogarty's word enough for you? People read you, respect you, and believe what you write. There is some responsibility in that. Maybe this will turn out to be true, but it's too big an allegation to recklessly spread without any type of source. Anyone could have made this up.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever read. Seriously.

  • When the Going Gets Tough, the Tough Play Defense [View article]
You would not have lost half your money as long as you didn't sell. If you held, you'd see gains. That's the whole point. No one knows if the bottom will be down 80% or 90% from the peak, but you buy when it's a "screaming bargain" and then you hold until the stock's price better represents its true value.
