Disney Looks Cheap Once Again

Disney was trading substantially lower just a short while ago. What does it mean when you say "Walt Disney Company (DIS) is a blue-chip franchise that rarely gets this cheap"? It seems to me that good recommendations often come tardily; if you'd written this in mid-March how wise you would seem now.
