2009 Depression Will Be Nothing Like 1929

How can we be in a full blow depression if more than 90% of the population still has a job? How can we be in a depression if we haven't had 6 consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth?

You need these things to technically call it a depression. It does however feel depressionalry when so many are losing homes, businesses and jobs, but 1 thing we all need to understand: No matter what is actually happening right now, the majority of the population has a job and a home/ or rent...

Gotta look at the technicals to determine whether or not we are in depression or not. Technically, We are NOT. Emotionally, we are. These are two different things.
