When the Fed starts buying long term Treasury Bonds, how does this "Round Robin" perpetual motion machine get any real traction? (i.e., does it come out somewhere as inflation?). I'm having trouble following it through to the ultimate endgame... Any thoughts?

So what happens if Dubai uses its new EFT to corner the market on Silver? As a sovereign nation, I doubt it's subject to commodity trading or anti-competition rules (just as OPEC gets away with antitrust behavior).
Why wouldn't they try to get a spike up in prices after carefully accumulating a large stockpile?

If OPEC is getting fewer dollars for oil, and China is getting fewer dollars for manufactured goods, how can OPEC or China be expected to "recycle" dollars back into our Treasury Bonds? And if they balk at financing the $1.5 Trillion coming up this year, what happens to the dollar? (and inflation)?
