Tech bubble burst was a creative destruction that weeded out companies with poor business models. The talented people in those companies simply moved to stronger companies like Google, Amazon etc... This financial mess is draining the treasury, fed & the whole country with it. These banksters have no value to add to the overall economy, productivity or increasing the wealth.
