Think about it. Obama and McCain both voted for a "fix" that they were uncomfortable with at the time and even more uncomfortable justifying on the stump.

And now there's talk about serious gov'tal intervention in terms of forcing banks to "adjust" mortgages. I, for one, do NOT have answers (only very dogmatic people do - whether they're argument is Darwininian or based on "compassion"), but it IS clear that gov't action has already resulted in some gross injustices. My concern is whether people (of many stripes) will act differently for years to come as a result of decisions to date and those coming down the pike under Pres. Obama.

And even then, would the alternatives be even worse?! Where are the wise men and women when you need them?
