I think that anyone who just walks away from their home and responsibilities is a loser. If you have to walk away from your home within a few years of buying it because you can no longer afford it, you deserve to be homeless. Everyone is looking for a handout. I am tired of everyone whining. Stand up and take some responsibility.

The auto industry should definitely be allowed to fail. The unions are a joke and the products they deliver to the consumer are a joke. In what other industry can a non-educated employee make upwards of $60K a year by doing a half-a*s job that a monkey could do. Definitely let them fail. Once they do, foreign companies will build and sell more efficient cars for much cheaper prices.
