K-Swiss Is Poised to Put Its Best Foot Forward

Whats up with the special dividend they just declared? I worry that the stock price will deteriorate with the rest of the retail market, so buying in now to get that $2 might be worthless. Is this just a way to distribute cash to insiders since the fundamentals have been getting worse? Any thoughts are appreciated.
