Blame the housing slump. Blame environmentalists' ongoing fears that coal can never really be "clean". Blame the low price of oil. Blame the slump in highway construction. When housing recovers, and oil makes "clean coal" viable, when a big player (not the Feds) thinks coal-to-liquids makes economic sense, HW might be able to sell its business.
At $4 HW looks like a steal, compared to $40 in 2005-06. But can anyone tell us on what basis this company's shares will be a Ten-bagger? I wouldn't bet real money on it!

I don't own JEC (anymore), but do own McDermott International Inc
(MDR) .
I also don't waste time watching Cramer anymore or even check out SA's recaps. But I understand that he has a big following and is batting better than average and has made money (bought on 11/24/08 at $33.57.
Cramer needs to consistently beat the market.

Would it be possible to enhance SA's stock site's symbol? Click Ariba (ARBA) and all we get is the chart. If this is too much work, why not forward to Google/Yahoo/MSNBC or another site that at least tells us what sector it is in? Maybe you could even collect some ad revenue for the click!

is Neutral, with Quality high and Growth low. S&P rates it 5 Stars
(“Strong Buy”), with a Jan. 2010 price target of $21.00.
Based on S&P’s initial fair value of $14.90, share price should be
$18.00 by March ’09.
Why would I consider dumping an investment that continues to deliver excellent results and continues to confirm analysts' assessments that I'll get annual appreciation of 25% and a yield of 7.5%.
This "Dividend Inc" post makes no sense!

"Oil prices are doing their thing still but this article from Bloomberg was pretty shocking. Do you think it's right for MS and C to take government funds to buy and store crude oil offshore?"
Why not? It's a savvy move with artificially low oil prices, which everybody knows will correct bigtime. I trust the U.S. has onshore strategic petroleum reserve topped off by now.
And if places like Argentina and Russia keep delivering $60-70 oil and get paid $30 for it, that's not only good investing, it's the most successful geo-political conquest America could wage!

I own AHR. LXP has a better looking chart and, even with the reduced dividend, beats AHR -- it has suspended the common dividends (but not preferreds) to ease cash flow.
It would be good to get an analysis like this for AHR or the REIT you like best (is that LXP?).

Agree with your sector picks. It would have been nice to have 3-5 of your favorite tickers in each sector.
