    I suspect that a lot of those who always start at Sears will be saying, "I wonder what the price would be at Target or Wal-Mart?" They'll price check at American Eagle or Old Navy, buy at Wal-Mart, and be happy that they SAVED themselves some money, while they SPENT probably just as much, but also picked up a few things that were on their minds, not on their lists.

    Check the sales at the end of the back-to-school season and see if I'm not right. Then buy Wal-Mart (if value is your benchmark) or Target (if ambiance is part of your equation).

    The entire dry bulk shipper sector is worth shifting some available cash into right now. I prefer Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (NMM) because it has maintained it's (Juicy) dividend.
