It advertises both MLS listings and FSBO's with incentives from the home seller that REALTORS cannot offer. How about this one, "Buy my home, get a year's worth of FREE GAS," or "Buy my house, get FREE closing costs and 50,000 American Airlines AAdvantage Air Miles." The site is certainly FREE from MLS politics and I've already used Kayyah.com to help me find homes for 7 of my buyers. I've reduced commissions to 2% on four deals. Many home owners are using a real estate attorney (attorney at fact) transaction for around $3,000 to sell their home through Kayyah.

It's a sign of the times and I expect to see a lot more sites like Kayyah.com out there so long as the REO's and FSBO's continue to skyrocket.
