  • SaaS: SuccessFactors, Citrix, Omniture and RightNow [View article]
    SuccessFactors just announced a layoff of 20% of their workforce. Are they just preparing for hard times ahead, or is this some other type of sign. I found it interesting considering they had such a good 3rd quarter.
