The Agilent "misses" for the last 8 quarters or so reflect a restatement of Agilent's earnings downwad to include stock based compensation expenses. The historical earnings were adjusted downward, but the analyst estimates were not. This is the cause of the misses in most, if not all of the prior quarters.
