@TARP Summit: Neel Kashkari's TARP Update

From the first time I saw him, I have been trying to figure out who Kashkari reminds me of. Well, yesterday it came to me. He looks a great deal like the Collector, a villain from an old Dr. Who episode called the Sunmaker. Check out this clip. See anyone familiar? BTW Tom Baker was THE best Dr. Who ever!
