Will Housing Bring Down the Economy?

AS a Realtor for 15 years - 2006 was the worst year I can remember. The biggest problem is not the numbrof forclosures - it is the genral perception that now is not theti to buy a home. This is whattruly is stagnating the housing market.

I predict the people who held off buyinin 2006 will be out in full force in 2007. There are some great deals and consumers arre starting to reconize it.
