I understand through my business contacts as a court reporter that you have now owned this local company for around six months.

By taking many depostions doctors and nurses and knowing hopital personell at various locations in Tidewater, this service you provide is top notch. What I'm hearing as I'm working daily is that there's a difference in the management locally. It's such a backstabbing businesss with all the other home health agencies fighting to get the referral.

So, therefore, the employees are more concerned about their quota and stealing the patient coming out of the hospital. The focus is off of the best medical care and on, "Let's meet our quota team for a commission check."

The National Court Reporter's Association does not all us to give goodies or entertain or put our name on pens in hope of gaining a client.
It is against our ethics code. Now the pharmacuetial reps are no longer allowed to pass out pens or entertain as much.

I've only ever given a few gifts at Christmas to my best attorneys and they have also sent me gift baskets and gift cards and holiday cards wishing my family "Happy Holidays."

Is it the right thing to do to pass out candy and buy lunch so the doctor will use your company?????
