Climate change has been around for billions of years. The weather cannot be accurately predicted using the most sophisticated models but we can forecast climate change and point to man as the culprit (never mind all those billions of years of climate change when we wheren't around) using modeling. What a load of BS. The fact is that this is just another way to screw people out of their money. Who do you think is going to pay for that "carbon"? Do you think utilities will eat the expense? I cannot believe how stupid some people can be about this. Wake up America, you are about to get raped by the liberal elite under the guise of protecting the environment.
