Retired Brit living in Malta where there is no CGT on foreign gains.
Nor is foreign income taxed if not remitted to Malta.
Further, all income from the previous calendar year can be brought in
the following year without Tax.
No one can really guess it right, but to me silver and gold stocks look
the best bet to preserve capital value.
