    There may be a secular change in the funding of Emerging bonds given the income gains over the past decade, such that they are self-financing versus seeking external funds.
    The ETFs are probably just piling onto an improving domestic investment climate in the emerging world.

    Good level headed commentary, to counter emotional fear mongering throughout this site. There are reasonable arguments for a 2nd downturn, but you need to also accept the economy has recovered from its bottom at the beginning of the year and the 2nd depression is not happening.

    I think you need to pick your countries when you invest in africa, I would not invest in Guinea, but Botswana is very attractive.
