Nice article. Nothing new but nice and clear.
    Links are appreciated.

"I began investing at the age of 14 and, at the age of 21, secured a job as a financial consultant at a top Wall Street firm. At 23, I was managing $65 million in client funds" ... what a career.. so how old are you now and how much $$$ you manage?

    I fully agree with you.

This guy, like many others around here, is a clear evidence of SA pump/dump activity on small bios

    ZERO credibility

Anyhow ZLCS is ready to move higher very soon and he could remain out or losing a big % gain...not like JR

  • 10 Verifiable Reasons Why Antares Is An Excellent Investment [View article]
Sir, you were blaming JR for cashing out from ZLCS at $1.60 because the stock, in your clever opinion, was going well over $2 and soon up to $3+

    Next day $15M dilution

What's the % of this dilution over the $3 pps company current value from many other much serious analysts?

What's the % comparing it with the so low $1.60 JR cash-out?

Considering the ridiculous 15M dilution, probably the last one and where the company's pipeline stand today with Synavive catalyst behind the corner, sure your change of feeling is quite inappropriate denouncing your full attitude to pump and dump which really looks like the only reason your article are about.

Clearly James you may be right and hopefully this time it will be considered like that.

I know a few who would enjoy a first class sit on this train.

  • Tuesday Trade: Why Zalicus News Merits My Very Bullish Call [View article]
I couldn't agree more with you on the tremendous value of ZLCS pipeline going forward and bigger catalysts are just behind the corner to solidify pps on clearly higher deserved values.

Unluckly it looks like your fellow JR started a bear raid today ....
Hope he spent in advance 1 sms for you at least

So the message here is : How do you think to convince investors to buy higher if any time it happen your fellow JR start crashing it?

How do you think this up&down just to not call it differently will be interpreted by the most discrediting more and more the image of someone who still hold himslef behind a logo?

    Wish you the best

  • Look For These 5 Biotech Stocks Heading North [View article]
Sure it look you were right since your first article.

I agree more with Dr. Duncan price target than yours which is strangely too conservative.

Are you afraid to be accused back of pumping?

ZLCS valuation was a bargain due to the fact that the catalysts had been postponed since last july and market turned extremely bearish...actually it's still a gift since as you already pointed out last year was over $3 with "nothing" compared to now..

Management is doing fine hitting all goals and never hyping this "for many" little gem.

Call me dreamer but I think we may be $4-$5 already by 2012 year end with:
    - 32mg Exalgo dose on market
    - Prednisporin moving forward
    - Synavive great positive result ( looks like people do not understand yet how big it can be )

I'm keeping out Novartis collaboration moving forward any compound which means IMO $6-$7 since it would be a major evidence of ChTS platform possibilities

Anyway I'm glad to see you're on the boat once again

    Keep up the good job

  • Zalicus Bolsters Cash Position [View article]
Jason, please, I'd like to hear from you about the Novartis contact.
Could you please clarify it better?

"In May 2009, Zalicus entered into a strategic alliance and research collaboration with Novartis for the discovery of
novel anti-cancer combinations. Under the agreement, each party will contribute compounds and evaluate the anticancer
effects by utilizing Zalicus proprietary cHTS platform and Chalice analyzer software to screen a unique
library of molecules, including Novartis compounds in multiple cell lines representing a broad spectrum of cancers.
Zalicus received an upfront payment of $4 million, plus $3 million per year for two years in research support funding.
The company is also eligible to receive up to $58 million in clinical, regulatory and commercial milestones for each
combination that is commercialized under the collaboration. In April 2012, Zalicus announced that Novartis has
exercised its second option to extend its oncology discovery research collaboration with Zalicus for an additional
    contract year, through April 2013."

How to split the possible $58 million through the clinical, regulatory and commercial milestones? Is there any possibilities to see any income for clinical advancement this year?

    Thanks in advance
