Are We in the Eye of the Economic Storm?

I think you are wrong to assume "the money is sitting in bank vaults". All indications are that it has found its way in to the stock market. i.e. banks are taking bailout funds and CD money brought in at a pathetic 1% and gambling it on stocks. Is this a great countyry.....or what?
