        <![CDATA[As long the social security entitlements payments continue to the poor and the government continue to expand social support programs such as free schooling, child support grant, and inflation is kept in check, political social unrest will be within norm as in most countries. The social security entitlement payment to the poor have contributed to the oustanding sales and profits of the South African retailers such as Shoprite, and will continue to expand along with the growing population, who in the majority are poor. <br/>What is the concern is the economy growth to match the expanded social entitlement payments to the poor section of the population. The current mining strike do not help to balance the budget. I'm still positive there's is positive economic growth.  ]]>

Amongst one of the reasons that the European Union  was establish was avoid the war among the European nations which have historically been at war since time immemorial. It will be morally egregious for the leaders in Europe to let the EU  or the idea of an European community when knowing the history of Europe and the millions of people who died as a result of European wars. The Germans, Italians, French leadership know the EU is a principal and ideal worth preserving and fighting for against a population that thinks no further than the next election. The EU leadership, as I see it, will have to make decision that are politically unpopular and political suicidal or polically career limiting.<br/>The Germans will tacitly allow the ECB to continue the buying the bonds, whilst forcing the various EU parliaments to pass legislation to ensure budget deficit limits are part of the constitution. The LTRO  program  conduct by the ECB will be extend beyond the three year term limit to buy more time for the respective parliaments to ensure passage of further fiscal union legislation. The Greek will have their debt restructured to sustainable level by having the privately held greek debt holder take principal capital loss ( apprximately 90 %)]]>
