Michael Shulman draws attention to this obscure off-balance sheet entities (off balance shit in this case). How is it possible to have 1 billion plus assets off-balance sheet?? wht´s the point in making quarterly reports and annual reports if its anyone´s guess as to what assets arte hidden somewhere .
