The Worst Case Scenario (Someone Has to Say It)

My best asset class is land and water in the midwest. 7 generations survived on a farm. And plenty burn for energy. The original renewable energy is wood. The last asset i'll never sell. Two credit cards will buy all the supplies to build a house. Too many people today have no personal experience about the great depression. My Parents were born then and tell how poor they were. But Farmers survived by livingoff the land. Today are cities are becoming lawless havens for gangs. And bloated city and state governments are not sustainable. Forget the 401 k drops. A majority have none. 2/3 Social Security recipients live solely on this. It will be 90 % in 10 years.
