I'm retired and have been eating at TB for 50 (?) years. With that said, there are only three things i will order. Most (all?) of the other stuff is what you would expect to get for fast food and in my opinion to be avoided if you are concerned with sat fat, etc. Chipotle is great and I did make some money on them. As to eating there...well, I live in San Diego where there are great family run taco shops, but I do make a point of eating at the Chipotle at the Dulles airport.

I love your articles and look forward to reading them.

I think the idea is to use an article to provoke thought. TII did make stop and think a couple of months ago. I was in MO at 23 (purchased 5-6 years ago ?)... Had ridden it down. Watched it languish... Then watched it climb to 36. Dividends were now 4.6% (.41/qtr) instead of 6.5%. Looked at the financials. Hmmmm there are lots of other stocks that pay 4.5%. Instead of being down 5%, I'm up 20% on my two mo replacements. TOTAL luck, but TII did get thinking about what i was holding. Isn't that the idea?

The author profile, on the other hand, would indicate some knowledge of the field. Maybe there is something to learn from him?

Mr Market does deserve some respect and understanding. Remember when msft and csco were at $80? How about qwst at 65, att at 75. Appl is the same game of chicken...

I think the real question is... When do you sell?

The strong words and emotions amaze me. I love Apple products, but that didn't keep me in the stock. A 50% gain was enough for me. Maybe I'm chicken, but I do remember the 50% loss in msft after it topped out... Not to mention csco or qualcom or... I truly hope appl doubles from here (there is a good chance because my timing often misses the mark)... But I for one will be watching from the sidelines.
I wonder what the hedge funds and mutual funds will do?

It wasn't an easy decision, but I've been switching to apple at home and life does seem a little easier.

But, my question is, what would msft put in a store that could compete with apple?

Oh... One more question. Why do so many folks sound so rabid? Do they do that at work? Or talk to their wife and kids like that?
I really find the childish lack of civility annoying.
