  • The iPhone 5C Misses One Critical Mark [View article]
When I went into the Porsche showroom to look into buying one, did I care that general Motors sold more cars than Porsche? No! I wanted the best that my money could buy. Please stop with the market share bull ding. My father taught me years ago it's not about how much business you do; it's about how much money do you get to keep. And the analysts who are obsessed with market share, have they ever run their own successful business? Most likely not!

it's overvalued, based on the numbers you gave, by 100%, not 50%.

  • Syria Puts Defense Contractors In Spotlight: Arotech Shines [View article]
In my life, I would never think someone would write an article on ARTX. This is a stock I have owned for many years and have lost most of my investment. But I have held my shares through all the reverse splits and all the negative stories over the years. The calls for Ehrlich to resign, how crooked he and his cohorts are and on and on. Never imagined I would read about Arotech, especially on S.A. Kudos to you for digging deeper than most and coming up with this article.

I guess I'll have to keep my eyes on other articles you write. Very interesting.

  • Freeport-McMoRan: The Storm Before The Calm [View article]
Thank you for the article. I am a shareholder since 2011 and am waiting patiently for the market to recognize what a hidden gem this is. Seeing that your article is at the top of the most popular list on SA, perhaps your hard work will help us shareholders a little bit as soon as today.

  • Fertilizer Stocks Need To Go Lower [View article]
Chris-there is no doubt you are well informed in the fertilizer space. At first, I looked forward to reading your articles. But lately, I get the feeling that you enjoy being negative on the space. And you have become very sarcastic as well. You have become a bad boy. I will still read what you write for your insight but have stopped feeling your opinion is right on.

  • Cliffs Natural Resources -3.5% as Morgan Stanley outlines bear case [View news story]
Truth is no one, neither Morgan Stanley or the posters here, know what will happen with supply or more capacity coming on line. Bottom line is that CLF is a very risky stock with many headwinds facing it. If the news out of China was terrific, I'd say this is a good place to be. But it's not and that is why this stock has done so poorly. I would not be a buyer here. If I owned, I'd hold but with a mental stop. In a market correction, CLF will get hurt more than most. On the other hand, in rally mode, CLF will go up faster than most PROVIDED NEWS OUT OF CHINA IS POSITIVE FOR THEIR ECONOMY!

  • Cramer's Mad Money - Charts Of Steel (8/13/13) [View article]
CNBC is a forum for Cramer to hype the stocks that he owns, witness the above article. Bottom line-he knows as little as anyone else. What he does is all rehearsed. I've been hearing him for too many years to believe anything but.

  • Cramer's Lightning Round - Regeneron Is The Real Deal (7/31/13) [View article]
Some time ago Cramer was promoting the heck out of Westport. had the CEO on his show many times. Just goes to show what he says today he really doesn't mean and isn't as "up" on 5000 stocks like he makes himself out to be.

  • Walter Energy Improves Its Financial Flexibility [View article]
Thank you EW. I am always interested in articles for stocks that I own. Good news has been very hard to come by for both the coal sector and for WLT for quite some time. Eventually things will turn for this sector. I just hope that WLT is around to enjoy when times get better.

BTW, have you seen that Asian guy with the cowboy hat? His comments were spot on.....not really.

    Paulo,

it is impossible to follow so many stocks, let alone stocks that trade for less than a dollar. who in their right mind would invest their hard earned dollars in a .27 stock? I certainly would not.

one other comment on FFN. checked their profile and found out they are located on Broken Sound Pkwy in Boca Raton. I lived there for 20 years and I can't begin to tell you all the shameful things that go on in the scam capital of the world. To devout all that writing to a .50 stock, my goodness.

  • Micron Technology (MU -5.7%) slides as DigiTimes (citing industry sources) says Q3 NAND flash demand will be weaker than anticipated thanks to "disappointing sales of high-end smartphones." Assumptions about smartphone demand had previously led some to anticipate NAND flash shortages for the quarter (previous). There's also some concern about downward pressure on prices in Q4 due to new capacity (previous). Also having a rough day is SanDisk (SNDK -5.2%). [View news story]
the market can't let you rest. a great story turns overnight, whether real or some planted rumor. the thing is no one knows and no one will ever know. bottom line is to take your profits while they are there. when they say there are no long term investors anymore, today's action in these semis are a great example why.
