This approach may work if it is combined with creating an additional new World industry. However, let's go for the works to get higher standards of living for everyone globally. Homes, not cars will be the focus of this century and millennium.

The USA North American Operations (NAO) Automobile Industry has lost its identity with the American consumer, and has reached the end of its incubation stage of Industrialization. Nature abhors a vacuum. Therefore, a new vision of the USA NAO Auto Industry must evolve.

A USA Governmental led bankruptcy can and probably will nurture a restructuring plan that will allow the Big Three Auto Companies to merge, downsize, restructure, and move ahead into a new incubation stage of industry that will gestate to help the USA to give birth to a new World Industry that will help us emerge from our Global economic crisis.

The economy will bottom out and rebuild itself when the USA Automobile Industry evolves into the Automobile & Space-Frame Housing Industry. The USA North American Operations (NAO) Automobile Industry will re-invent itself and begin to build new factories. The steel mills and concrete facilities will grow and produce the materials that will create new construction jobs. Tooling firms will begin to stimulate the local economy along with the transportation industry that will move the tools and materials aboard trains, trucks, and sea transport.

Homes, not cars, will be the focus of this new industry. There will be a new intent for humanity; and, there will be a new faith in a safer world. The old ways of doing business with cost and depletion accounting will fade away; and, a new cosmic accounting of unlimited and renewable resources will flourish.

The USA NAO Automobile & Space-Frame Housing Industry will be creating an additional global industry to assist in rebuilding our cities, slums, and suburban malls. Eco-technical homes and rock-solid plug-in mall-sized city-towns with renewable retrievable low-cost living units will be rented and not sold. Real jobs will be created in industry, transport, and the service sectors. This industry will create new jobs globally; and, join science, management and organized labor together to produce the largest industry this World has ever seen.

GLobal Warming or Cooling will force this industry into building homes and small cities to rehouse humanity in a hurry. Nature will triumph and force this industry to evolve. Raw and finished materials will begin to move the shipping industry forward and help to revive the World Economy.

The reality is the world needs upgraded housing. The next and biggest industry, after 100 years of the industrialization of transportation, will prove to be an additional industry and innovative industrial revolution that will reshape the economics and environment of our world for centuries to come.

The USA North American Operations (NAO) Automobile Industry GM, Ford and Chrysler have reached the end of its incubation stage of industrialization. They will downsize automobile production, merge, re-tool, design and build new factories and products to house humanity in our entire World. This new Global Industry will be the catalyst that drives our Civilization forward and out of the current Global Economic Crisis. I worked for both General Motors Corporation and Delphi Corporation for 27 years as an assembler, spot-welder, toolmaker journeyman, dimensional control inspector, team instructor, team leader, and machinist. This industry works as a military operation with the ability to correct for errors by using intelligent management, engineers, and organized union labor. Those who think this industry will not survive are mistaken. The planned framework has been in place since 1943 – 1945 during World War II in the U.S. Board of Economic Warfare. It is only a matter of when this industry will begin. It will happen as I stated to the President’s Council on Sustainable Development in 1994 at the Labor Department in Washington, D.C., and again to GM Management and the UAW in 1998 during the Industrial dispute that shut-down 25 assembly operations. Now, this industry will negate NAFTA, GATT, and WTO wage disparity. The World is now Global. A new Architecture for a new Global Civilization is about to blossom and evolve out of the moribund NAO Auto Industry.
