Five Things to Be Thankful for in This Market

Good article, but we may not have seen the bottom just yet. The market will not likely return until the credit crisis has been resolved, which will not be resolved until the housing crisis is resolved. Look to 3rd quarter of 2009 or early 2010 before we see any real stability.
