I have had NOTHING but trouble from Radio Shack. In early November (Nov. 2) I ordered a pale pink Nikon S550 camera from their website. The camera was a pale pink color, and what they sent me was almost purple and very bright and dark. NOT the camera I ordered or that is represented on the website. I called customer "no service" and they re-sent the camera I ordered...NOT...they sent the same dark purple camera they sent me the first time. I called AGAIN and talked to a nice young man (finally) who called the warehouse and had them take a picture of the camera and it was NOT what was advertised on the web. It took FOREVER to get the return label for the first camera, which I finally did and sent it back. They received it in the warehouse on Nov. 20th and I STILL don't have my refund as of today, Dec. 2nd. I also STILL haven't received the 2nd return label to send back the second camera. So, I have one purple camera, $450 in charges on my CC and STILL DON"T HAVE THE PALE PINK CAMERA I ORDERED FOR MY DAUGHTER"S 18th BIRTHDAY WHICH IS IN 2 DAYS!!!! I have called and spoken to "supervisors" who are nothing but glorified "Customer NO Service Reps" and been told twice that my refund was being processed....BULL!! I am now contacting my state's attorney general's office and the Better Business Bureau. This is RIDICULOUS!! I will never set foot in another Radio Shack, nor will I ever order something from them online.!
