Northern Dynasty to Reap Benefits as Alaska Backs Minerals over Salmon

I have been actively looking into this stock and have yet to find any estimated costs of recovery. Yes, there is a lot of ore, [or so we are told] but the cost of recovery [est.] is what any sane investor needs to know. I don't have enough expertise in this field to extrapolate from the current data. Any ideas out there ?
