  • DOE Energy Storage Subsidies Are Both Heavenly Grants and Hellish Loans [View article]
John. I see you are finally under the influence of mind-expanding drugs. Good job, your article reads like a song. See how the huge vistas of meaning begin to open up, when you, "Tune in, turn on and drop out."I especially like the way you sandwiched your criticle point between two compliments. Very old school, yet very effective. I'll leave you with the immortal words of Bilbo Baggins, I think this discribes your treatment of your cool storage stocks to date," I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve". ..WOW!

  • Alternative Energy Storage: Cheap Outperforms Cool [View article]
<<<"Disclosure: Author is a former director and executive officer of Axion Power International and holds a large long position in its stock. He also holds small long positions in Exide, Enersys, Active Power and ZBB Energy">>

Dear John, (pun entended) we had a few issues from the start.
Why I ignored all the above signs I'm not sure. Maybe I was just lonely or maybe it was those piercing blue eyes;could have been the hat. (It was probably the hat...your such a rebel).

It's hard for me to tell you this, but in the past few articles, I have been seriously thinking about ending my readership. I've decided that I've just been too dependent on your thinly veiled self promotion; of your so called cheap energy storage stocks.

It is a little sad for me knowing that I won't be able to rely on your biased information anymore, but I think I will be a better investor in the end. I'll always remember tripping on the tangerine seeds with you ( thanks for info on that one)

I'm returning your Darth Vader poster, but keeping your left ear.

Best to your frog Lenard, Loren

Sorry John,I just broke most of the rules for formulating a good argument and should not have ended my rant with a rhetorical question. My tone was contentious and i made a few spelling errors that really make me look like a illitrate.ileterat,ill... damn! I know you really put a lot of hard work into this article and it shows. You did leave out the rebuttal; but you also cited your source so all in all i give you a B say B+. What the H.E. double toothpicks, there's plenty of day light left. right...:K™

“For Whom The Bell Tolls” will be heard in the background for those who invest in your battery stocks. I like your anaolgy to, "A Tale of Two Cities" should help the bulk of your readers with their limited comprehension skills, And your right, these are the best of times for AE. Unfortunately your routine or consistent pattern of trotting out debunked fertilizer every few weeks to re-introduce it to those who don’t know they’re full of fertalizer. Is well boring. Batteries will and do have a place. But they are to heavy,to costly (replacement wise),enviormentally a no no, and as you say achient technology. Energy storage will not be limited to any single tech on your list. But I think and hope we don't get to battery dependent. How many Islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean are already just repositories for, saposidly "recycled" batteries. The recycle fee is really a shipping fee to these islands.

some are smelted in Australia to recaputure the toxic lead. but less than a quarter of earths "USED" find a secondary market. I still pay attention to the contributions of substance that you make. Thanks you have inspired me to re-read "ATale of Two Cities"..The greatest story never told here is "FLYWHEELS" you shouldn't even have them in your mix. Are these justs props to try and make your battery stocks look better? I wonder...no I don't....:K™

Disclaimer. I hold a long position in BCON, And didn't make a dime for my rebuttal to your ...'article'... let the flagulation begin

John, Thanks for your reply and clarification on your position towards BCON. I know I am looking at this stock, BCON as a younger man, with a longer time frame for investment return. Just to clarify your statement," I love the concept underlying Beacon's technology". BCON has moved beyound concept and has entered into commercialisation though fledgling to be sure. That should be considered a major step. Most concept companies never make it off the drawing boards and fold up taking their investors money with them. Stay the steady course and endure to the end, this is my investment plan concerning BCON. I just Hope the big dogs don't destroy us like they did the hudsucker!

Cicero, How long have you been following Johns string of posts? Promising in the beginning to investigate and report on these AE stocks. Well I for one have been following from the onset. This was my fist post about his "skills" John Petterson has consistantly failed to investigate and post any relevant information on other than a couple of these stocks. Undoubtedly he took on more than he could chew. Why not just come out and say that? Instead of handing us these reworked redundebt articles using some stock numbers with little more than an aside saying bla bla bla.

Your introduction, "John, Thought provoking article--again." leaves me wondering...'DID WE JUST READ THE SAME ARTICLE?" Maybe you are better at reading between the lines than myself. And must be if you found anything thought provoking in this latest rehashed piece.

Please don't take offense my commits were directed at John and not his readers. I happen to be one. I am simply hoping John will either re-start his once exuberant fire for the range of AE stocks or admit defeat. And flicker out of the scene. a poster on the BCON MB but it this way today concerning this latest article. "he doesn`t do any real investigating, he says the same thing every time he writes, he is not into writing anymore, how many times can you say the same thing over and over, his opinion doesn`t mean anything " And I am in full agreement...John wake up ... cut bait fish or fish...before you make us fall asleep and out of the AE boat....
