        VRNG -Jury on lunch until 1:30pm (EST). I have a good feeling we will get a verdict today, seems like judge already set a certain precedence

            US revenue for Google's claim period to VRNG is about 75B. Wouldn't that be somewhere around $525M as 'fair' compensation? Plus royalties?

            • Silent_Knight: Glad I cancelled my pending order and started a new one. didn't get it at the low of 3.34 today but a little above it and it shot back up.

                VRNG cant claim damages 6 years prior?? We do realize GOOG made over 37B last quarter right? 96% off ad sense. 2day another great buyng opp!

                    Anybody have some insight on the recent numerous VRNG sec 4 filing's? Seems like trial started & sales started. Dont think it just for taxes

                            If you "know" you're correct, why argue semantics? Does GOOG expect to lose to VRNG so theyre trying to reduce the damages as much possible?

                                Looks like VRNG is utilizing that Nokia portfolio already. Just filed an 8-K showing a letter sent to ZTE Corp requesting payment. Good news

                                            The AOL settlement of $100k for VRNG was for a separate suit. AOL is still involved in same case as Google & that is where the big money is.
