I advocate renewable energy in mass and by robotic means (but don't know the tech how to's). I also believe that thorium based closed cycle nuclear fission just might be a real non threatening possibility to even more unlimited energy. I hate predictions based on facts that discludes the above as renewable energy is actually starting to prove! Complicated things such as cars are made in a robotic environment, why not the things we really need, like solar panels and mirrors for the solarfication of the deserts. Don't get me wrong though, such solar does NOT have to pave over the deserts!
