There is usually lots of chatter leading up to the end of quarter with most negative comments aimed at our CEO.

Axion has remained solvent for a decade. Very few sales but the product has grown and is now ready for the market to use.

TG has been on the record promising sales which as of yet apparently have not materialized.

The product works, no one disputes that. It is not a panacea but it does satisfy the requirements of several niches in a broad spectrum of battery applications.

TG's job is to nurture Axion and to make it a success. He serves at the pleasure of the board. The board, in theory, represents the interests of the shareholders. Any concerns that shareholders have should be addressed to the board.

TG has skin in the game as an employee, a shareholder and a holder of options. His interests in my opinion are aligned with the rest of us shareholders. I cannot imagine TG willfully misleading shareholders. If sales were on the horizon but have failed to materialize or have simply been pushed off into the future there is little that he can do about that. Yes of course it would be nice to have a shareholder update letter but in my experience those are few and far in between.

We will hear what he has to say next week. Some of us will buy or sell based on what we hear. I suspect that most will do nothing.

Personally, I have the resources to buy more but will not without very good sales announcements. Regardless of the CC I will not sell as I believe in the product.

    I hear you.

TG has a responsibility to the company to keep it focused and to eventually become profitable.
He and many others within the company and on the board are committed to making that happen. They all are well underwater probably even deeper than the Axionistas.

With the news from Mega and Q trust we are facing 2.85 million shares up for sale in the immediate future. We are also seeing members of our own group starting to exit which only increases the selling pressure. One of my own investor group has decided to drastically reduce his holding as he has found a real estate play that suits his current view of the world.

Despite the focus on the company rather than the share price I believe that TG must do something and soon to reassure shareholders. He must find a way to tell us more.

The AGM is upon us and there is no better time to quell our fears. We need to have something solid to hang our hopes and aspirations on. Something solid that we the shareholder can use to justify to our loved ones why significant amounts of the family wealth are being allocated to this enterprise.

If nothing of substance is announced I fear that the leak may grow to a flood regardless of the potential product pipeline.

Summer is normally a bad time to own stocks and on top of that we have the very uncertain situation in Europe and of course the US elections with all the uncertainty that involves. Prudent investors are already moving substantially out of the equity markets. Only those who must be in the markets will remain. Those without conviction are exiting.

TG, give us a good story with as much detail as you are allowed to do and do it very soon!

Just returned form a short trip to England.

Rented from AVIS a BMW320d with 37,000 miles.

    Start/Stop equipped but not working.

At the return I asked about it and was told that it was a common problem that their mechanics generally ignored.

Just completed a short holiday in France. Rented a BMW 520 with a little over 6k on the clock.
Stop/Start worked fine during 7 days of sightseeing. The final leg was 140k of highway driving. Upon entering Toulouse ran into lots of stop and go traffic. After 8 stop/starts the system had had enough and refused to stop/start for the rest of my journey to the airport. The a/c and satnav were on but no radio or wipers. I put just a bit over 800km on the clock, most of which was along uncongested country roads.
In my view the battery performance was pathetic. I would have been mad as hell if I had to pay a premium for a system that clearly is a joke.

    OK Boys and Girls,

Lots of us who are share holders are sitting out here on thin ice because we believe that Axion Power have an unique battery that will revolutionize the transportation, electrical storage industry.

The technology has been evolving for about 10 years now and is now ready for implementation.

$100 million has been spent to get us this far.

Its about time that AXION releases the specifications that outline the technical properties of what we believe to be a spectacular step forward in battery technology.

There is no obvious reason that these attributes remain a secret.

Hundreds, if not thousands of shareholders have a right to know the attributes of the PbC technology that we have invested in.

    So, CC is on Thursday.

Axion has $9 million soon to be in pocket from outsiders and $1 million from insiders and so the funding crisis is gone. The share price hardly moved as a result of that announcement.

We shareholders have had virtually no news of substantive sales.....ever. NSC and ePower have between them purchased probably less than 1,000 PbC's.

    Rosewater appears to be asleep.

BMW have returned the batteries they were testing.

There is NO news from the testing programs at Queens University or Penn State? or elsewhere.

The share price continues to wallow around 2 bits.

But Axion is no longer an R&D company, it now has a real product.....but sadly...... apparently NO real sales.

So what are we to expect from the CC?

I fear that if there is no announcement of sales or similar bankable news that the share price will continue its fall. People who have hung in for months or in many cases years may just give up and sell. I shudder to think of what happens should that be the case.

TG must have a damned good story this time round.

Browsing on the web came across a BMW user site in the UK.

Lots of mad owners unhappy with their start/stop/battery problems.

    http://bit.ly/GACnSE

BMW must be getting so many complaints about poor battery performance by now that I would think that they would be very keen to use Axion's product.

    I agree.

A lot of us Axionistas are out here skating on very thin ice.

I have about 400k shares in my pot at about $0.28 each. I had friends in at much higher numbers but they abandoned ship a long, long time ago.

I think that AXION might be a true Game Changer to my retirement program. Since I am already retired I would very much appreciate a move upward today,

I hear that there is such a thing as "video conferencing". Apparently you can conduct business via video rather than having to actually travel to meet your prospective client.

Who knows; a business might even want to send a technical expert from one coast to another to have a good look at a prospective product/technology after having had a virtual meeting.

I believe that in this day and age a client, especially one from California might just spring for the travel expenses to review a product that might allow them to conform to impending legislation rather than just sit back and be fined for non compliance.

On the other hand I am frequently wrong according to my wife.

Back to the PR issue. I saw several news items broadcasting the resignation of Mr. Trego. Not until this morning do I see any mention that he will be sticking around. Axion should have been all over this right from the get go announcing his continued commitment to the company! Surely that's part of the Marketing 101 syllabus?

I've been nibbling all the way down but this ineptitude really worries me. WHo is in charge of PR at Axion and why don't they have a clue as to how to do their job?

Great product. Pityfull PR. The all too predictable share price drop surely could have been somewhat moderated, if not eliminated with a decent and timely press release.

That income stream is music to my ears.

Helps the company and at the same time provides a good platform for educating new staff.

I was also VERY impressed in TG's mention that NONE, NOT ONE of their sold, flooded batteries had failed. Yes I do understand that the volumes are relatively small but still the QA in the plant must be extremely stringent.

Others might take note of this achievement!
