Where Is Penn West Energy Trust Going?

My guess is that PWE got into this situation when the office market in Calgary was still hot, expecting to easily unload old or unused office space and at a potential profit, while insuring they had enough space for their own growth. I doubt they'll be the only one in this situation, especially if industry consolidation occurs.
