Today the same homes are on the market for about $115k to $120k. This is still about 70% above the original price, though much more room to come down.

2. Obama faces a huge challenge, but the good thing is, there is not much he can do wrong, all the mistakes are already made.
3. Here is what he should do:
Get our troops home and end both wars .
Spend that money in the economy.
Nationalize the whole financial system.
Install universal healthcare.
