Friends in Dubai/Kuwait told me, there will be a 5 mln. bpd cut next week and they expect oil up to 55,- $ immediatedly. Shell and BP are storing crude in tankers, because the do not want to sell it today and they know about the price spike. Furthermore OPEC-Members and Oil producers in Russia bought oil futures cheap last week and are going to make a killing next week, without even selling their oil, they learned from Wall Street.
