I could be wrong, but I think what he is saying, basically, is sell low, buy high. Not a strategy I typically follow, at least not on purpose, haha.

Excuse me while I attempt to hold in my hearty belly laugh. Way to deflect the obvious risk inherent in management sales behavior and lack of buying at these "great" prices.

Pepsi is playing with fire. Someone on the board will hopefully smarten up and kill the project. At some point this stock will make a great short. Maybe right now.

Don't be so sure, short interest grew 6-fold just since January. Seems like 6x the people want to short it today than 3 months ago. Still want to buy it? LOL

If there were no shares available to short, no one could short it and could not pressure the stock down. If there are plenty of shares available to short, boy you better hit on all cylinders operationally (which the company has consistently failed to do) or this could go for another swan dive below $1. Let's see how much the tangible book value drops in the most recent quarter. That will tell the tale.

There is a reason for that short position, it's not for your benefit. It is a solid long term short play in my opinion and if I took long term short plays as part of my portfolio, this would definitely be on my list. I hedge with near term shorts.

Nice attempt cover - NOT! You buy hand over fist, I'll watch as the negative operating cash flow destroys the "tangible value" you're harping so much about.

That is inaccurate. You really need to do some basic research before writing an article. About a month ago, more sales. S 2014-03-11 2014-03-13 13:09:34 AVIAT NETWORKS, INC. AVNW Madigan John officer (VP, Corporate Controller & PAO) 2,111 $1.87 $3,947.57 52,834 24.06% view

Makes me laugh when articles are written pumping a stock and the Controller who keeps the books is selling. Wouldn't touch this.

Exactly, I agree. Current shareholders are doomed for several reasons; most importantly what you just pointed out.
