You are concerned that peak concentrations of Dox occur before 45 minutes, but struggle to understand that the length of the thermodox treatment might impact efficacy; a logical and simple thesis. Your statement is not logical. If there is any benefit from applying the RFA, there will naturally be a cutoff point where it tends to work or not. What your saying is akin to saying that Cardiac Ablation Therapy will not work because if you ablate for 1 second it has no clinical benefit. Now, I'm not saying it is going to work for 45min RFA, I'm guessing they need another trial to verify, but the concept that there would be some cut off point where there therapy will start working is completely reasonable. Likewise there would be some upper band beyond which you would get diminishing returns.
