BRIC is 4 different markets. It's like playing tug of war, everyone's pulling in a different direction. So they are emerging markets, so what? They all have different govts doing way different things. China and India smart. Russia and Brazil, confused, under the gun, who knows?

Problem with BRIC is that although the countries are emerging economies they are in different wave cycles according to Elliottwave. The Asian-Pacific countries are likewise.
Shanghai Composite just finished the 5 waves down of a A wave of a a-b-c corrective wave. It broke thru the channel and is on a B wave that should retrace a Fib 38.2 percent up to the area of 2700 which would be a 64% gain from current levels - the largest potential gain of any of the A-P countries. EWI is excellent for large market trends, so great for ETF's in active management. Ride the trend.
