Investing in the Marcellus Shale

I have 114 acres in Clarion Co. PA is anyone leasing the marcellus in my area. Our small companies are only willing to pay $5 or $10 at the most for shallow. What do I do. Wait for the big wheels to come along or settle for what I can get locally. Im confused and the $ would greatly help.
