Could It Be a Happy New Year for Chrysler?

The big 3 are now joined at the hip with Congress I think that's gonna make they're year pretty lousy. Think about all the inane shouting matches the CEOs are going to have to have with Barny Frank.

I like my cars big so making more Focuses and Volts just mean I'll be buying foreign next time.

I'm trying to learn a lot from all this and yes W is not doing a lot here to fix things but who is? Both party's have been trying to get knuckle heads into office for decades.

seems like no one wants to treat money with the respect it deserves and everyone wants to fund some populist charity via tax $$

Auto Industry: Can We Get a 'Twofer'?

I applaud your attempt at making lemon aid but their business model is predicated on individuals buying cars every couple of years. So if we all buy now and then hold on to them for 5-10 yrs (living within our means) they'll need another bailout to sustain all the overhead.

If congress is going to do this fine I can't stop them but it doesn't mean I have to participate in my own over taxation.
