    Can those who took Bailout and AIG money, carry unestimable (but not marketable) assets on their balance sheets, and will participate in clandestine "stress tests"--be trusted in their earnings reports ? It appears that this will be voted on in the equities market. Too bad those reporting the earnings are the biggest participants in the market recently.

    Spencer Bauchus, these banks will "game the system" to the extent the law allows and then some. After all...fish gotta swim, birds gotta fly, Congress gotta disembowel the Taxpayer and the Banks gotta make the most of it. If Congress has a problem with that they should not have provided The System.
