    Why wouldn't AT&T be interested in Yahoo! as Yahoo! provides the email service to AT&T and I'm not sure they would want to lose control over that. Changing email providers would inconvenience a LOT of DSL subscribers, perhaps causing a shift to other ISP vendors.
