Can you clarify this statement below.
"In exchange for this funding support, Mentor Capital has received common stock in QI reflecting a carried interest of 20%. At the current private placement price for the QI shares, this 20% stake in QI increases the assets of Mentor Capital by $3.74 per share."
I'm assuming you're making some relative comparison to Mentor's assets/share compared to it's 20% stake in QI (my assumption is that a 2 million dollar investment implies a 10 million dollar value for QI).
However, I'm not sure what share count numbers your using (250,000?) since Mentor's ceo suggests share count is above 700,000 - implying a market cap of approx 1.5M at today's price. How'd you get $3.74/share based on QI placement? Thank you for helping to educate us..
