    JP,

It's not so perplexing if management is inept, or worse, unethical. You might also want to set the bar higher for those who you're willing to "carry" for. I hope TG passed extensive due diligence expected in a ceo search. Seems like Axion's PbC was the right product handled by more than a few wrong type people.

    Thank you Chris (and Richard).

I do the see liquidation value and I'll discount that one back a bit since it's hard to tell how fast assets are being wasted in between reporting periods. However, it's easy to see $1 upside from here with little downside since the smart money is fighting the good fight.

Chris, any chance you will be filing a 13D on this one? Where would you value this one conservatively assuming they quit torching money, around current cash levels - 115M?

Also there is low volatility etfs for domestic and international markets. These can overlap with float shrink since buybacks seem to buffer drawdowns.

99 shares in several family friendly accounts (also can do in taxable and non-taxable).

Assuming low trade costs someone can make $35 to $40 per account; not bad for a few minutes of mouse clicks.

SSA can you elaborate on the call spread your playing on this one (and expected return)? You seem to very knowledgeable with arbitrage/ options plays. I like the idea of lower capital outlays and limiting the downsides of the rare deal breaks.

    Ed,

Thank you for your postings. If Axion has value it will be in the IP. It will be interesting to see who ends up with the IP and how/when they got it.

I bet you and many others wish that had been the case.

These aren't a float shrink strategies per se but I wouldn't be surprised to see that correlates with other measures of value. The academic data behind these funds seems strong but the funds are new.

For Alpha Architect I like QVAL and IVAL once you start getting into smart ETF products.

For Meb Faber there is SYLD which screens for buybacks and other value measures (he also had about 5 others).

Bob, your post to Iindelco was heavy handed with unnecessary legal undertones. He has been a valuable member of this concentrator for many years and deserves better. I really hope people can talk on this concentrator without ruffled feathers and litigation threats.
