Good article, but the headline is wrong. You got the wrong company. This is about GMAC, which is controlled by Cerberus. GM only has a non-majority equity stake in GMAC. GM bondholders would love to have 90 cents on the dollar vs the 20 cents they'll probably get. You should know the difference between GM and GMAC.
