Sears Holdings' Squandered Opportunity

I need to ask…have any of the brilliant people working on this case study at Harvard actually walked in a Kmart Store in the last few years, have you interviewed people they actually have to deal with SHLD on daily basis??? Well, I have been in the stores and there is nothing but tumbleweeds going through the aisles, they are poorly run, they have no accountability from their HQ on to the stores. Fast Eddie is using nothing but smoke and mirrors to fool Wall Street.
