IPO is supposed to be successful if it makes instant profit for investors within couple of months. The concept of stock ownership in a public company was ment to be long term and you are supposed to buy the stock of the company if you belive in the companies mission and vision. It not there for you to get rich instantly on other peoples efforts. Personally I still belive Facebook will be the first trillion dollar company and there lot of ways the company can make money.
