@Zangrilli, You are correct. Those errors, along with the numerous other factual errors in your two articles, makes me place no value on anything you have to say. If you can't even get your facts straight, why should I have any confidence in your logic or reasoning?

If you cant crawl, there is no way you can walk.

    @ Zangrilli,

Yes, I consider it very damaging to your credibility that you wrote an article comparing NQ to AMBO, yet have shown a lack of basic understanding about AMBO. AMBO's listing status did not change in the period while SA reviewed your article.

Your most recent comment continues to expose your tendency to play loose with facts and make unsubstantiated allegations.

AMBO has not gone bankrupt. It was forced into provisional liquidation by one of its shareholders. Understandaby, most investors wouldn't know the difference. But there is a difference. Go figure it out.

Other commentators have noted numerous factual errors in your analysis and comments. The most recent one being your comment that NQ Mobile Security only had 217,000 downloads on Google Play. Seriously, how do you mistake download for reviews?

    Thanks Karl.

I'm not sure what his comment even means, that the company was audited, but not customers and executives? First of all, how does he even know this (i.e., the scope of the investigation)? He didn't even know that the stock was halted vs. delisted.

The allegations against AMBO included allegations against management! Logic suggests that the Grant Court of the Cayman Islands would want management to be audited as well.

The "customers" of Ambow are students. Does he want forensic accountants to "audit" to every student ever enrolled at Ambow? This is obviously impractical.

When an allegation is very hard to prove, it decreases the probability of it being true...

Isn't that a pretty big miss on your part since much of your article is centered around comparing NQ to AMBO? If you were a reader of an article where the author got one of his central facts wrong, wouldn't you find the author less credible and doubt his conclusions?

Do you also have "no idea" that the independent investigation by KPMG (under the authority of a judge from the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands) found that there was no evidence of fraud at AMBO? I suspect it is much harder to dismiss than an investigation run by a a Big 4 auditor appointed by a US judge vs. an investigation run by a company's Board of Directors.

If AMBO hasn't been delisted and there was no fraud perpetuated there, what should we make of your various conclusions regarding NQ?

JoeNatural, you do realize that NQ's founders (Dr. Henry Yu Lin, Dr. Vincent Wenyong Shi, and Mr. Xu Zhou) VOLUNTARILY locked up their shares until September 2014. That means they cannot sell their shares until September 2014.

PRECISELY. My favorite Warren Buffet's quote applies magnificently to Chinese stocks:

“Be Fearful When Others Are Greedy and Greedy When Others Are Fearful”
    -- Warren Buffett

Part of the reason there have been so many homeruns in the China Internet space this year is that everyone is so fearful...Specifically in regards to NQ, manipulative shorts have continually tried to ratchet up the fears through spreading baseless lies. Yet, the stock is now almost up a 100% YTD.

I believe a big part of the rationale for NQ going into gaming is further monetization of their existing huge user base through gaming, advertising, referrals, etc... Even a small uptick in the paying ratio for NQ could result in a big move in revenue and profitability.

NQ's large registered user base is a incredibly valuable asset Why fault the company for seeking to better monetize it? Is this that different from other companies that go into adjacent verticals to further monetize their user base (i.e., Google into YouTube, Facebook into Instagram, Qihoo from PC security into search, Baidu into video, etc...).
